I like that it is near to a lot of amenities and it is located in a centralised area which I can get from places to places. It is quiet and serene. It offers the bustling city life while scenery of nature is a short distance away.

Very convenient to Old City (right across the street), our room was really big and the bed was really comfortable. It was a great spot to call home base for a few days! Highly recommend. OH and the staff was the best!

What a gem! So glad we tried this... Everything was really great especially the customer service, it's exceptional! They maximize the space very well, deco was tastefully done. Beds & linens are really comfortable including the add on bed, even better than some "5-stars" hotels. Lots of details that make it an unforgettable experience eg: scent they use, soft music everywhere you are at, the plants, furniture they use etc... really good taste! Enjoyed thoroughly! Special thanks to the Alanna team for going extra mile to make your guests feel so welcome & comfortable staying there. Extremely well-done!! In exchange, it totally worth my time writing this 10 stars review for you :)

The property is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff also very accommodating to us throughout our stay. Definitely will come back! The location also very strategically located near the old city, less than 10mins from the airport and also 7e and Starbucks are just walking distance. Love it!

A beautiful new and classic/modern hotel. We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment, wonderful big beds, lovely kitchen with a washing machine and a balcony overlooking the canal which surrounds the old town. The hotel is on the edge of the old town and fairly central to everything. The apartment was super clean and very well appointed. The hotel also has a lap pool. The staff are extraordinary nice and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay in this delightful place.

The property was flawless. The service was impeccable and the Deluxe Suite we stayed in was ideal for our party of four. We made use of the various amenities including the outdoor jacuzzi and Nespresso machine.

It’s new and clean, the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Phung who went beyond her duty to assist us which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast at the hotel is also great plus.
